Once felt improvement, move to the next layer, your interpersonal relationships; fix your problems with partner, family, co- workers based on the foundation that you fixed yourself first.
Third layer would be to solve your work and career problrms, productivity, long term professional plans and more.
Take care that if you jumped any of these layers you would just numb the problems, but not really improve your life in a sustainable way.
