Imposter Syndrome And

1 year ago I started working with kids who have autism and developmental disabilities and I know I'm good, very good at what I do....however...Occasionally I still feel insecure about my abilities. At times I'll be very confident but then I feel like I'm being arrogant, which I'm not, and then I question wtf I'm doing. Every has different personalities and may approach somethings in a slight bit different manner, but that doesn't make them more right or you less wrong. I think being confident, and trusting the process is important. The more confident you are, the more you'll shine!
