REMEMBER YOUR PRODUCTIVE TIMES

REMEMBER YOUR PRODUCTIVE TIMES

Remember good memories of studying, when you were focused and chill.

And ask yourself:

  • How I've been starting the day? (late or early)
  • How was my studying workspace? (your table, light, music)
  • How was the wheather? (Cold, warm, hot, or shinny or cloudy)

I realized that, I study better when i wake up early, with background music and in cold, cloudy days.

ORGINAZE YOUR STUDY MATERIALS

ORGINAZE YOUR STUDY MATERIALS

If you are a collage or university student you may struggle with tons of course materials like books and pdf.

I think it is very disturbing to collect all of them when start studyig. If you organize all your material at first then you are restful at the end of the term.

So, what you should do is:

  • Create individual files in your computer for every class you take. (You can apply this for your bookshelf)
  • Add e-books and online lecture materials to the file. (for ex. if I download a pathology book and lecturer's slides, I add all of them to 'Pathology' file. )

THINK LIKE IT IS A WORK

THINK LIKE IT IS A WORK

Create a habit and try to stick to it.

And don't forget, trying to do it perfect makes you perfect. So don't expect to do it perfect without struggling, perfectionism only makes you go backward. Trying hard is already a perfect thing.

Use your time and breaktimes wisely.

  • Most people suggest that 45 min of work and 15 min of rest.

Find what is best for you. I usually work 60 min and break for 20 min.

If something comes up when you are studying, tell yourself 'I will do it at my break'.
