If you point out how they've mistreated you, they'll tell you that you pushed them to act that way. If you point out how they've hurt you, they'll tell you that you're too sensitive. If you point out their lies, they'll shift the focus from their insincerity to say that they don't appreciate your "attitude". And that's what happens with narcissists. You can never win.
