- Learn to be mindful of the amount of time you want to dedicate to your distractions.
- Choose to pick up only one medium of distraction in between productive and focused slots of time, to limit spiralling out of control.
- You must do this with the intention to just feel your comfort zone briefly, feel happy about yourself and think of it as a stepping stone to your next focused activity.
- If you've broken your deadline, then don't worry. Make it mandatory to sit in meditation, to bring back focus in your day, and remove distractive thought(s).
