We are the ones who built our walls. Don’t ever doubt for a second that we can tear them down.
It took a long time to realize that not everything in life is meant to be a beautiful story.
Not every person we feel something deep and moving with is meant to make a home within us or to be forever.
Sometimes, people come into our lives to teach us how to love; and sometimes, people come into our lives to teach us how not to love, not to settle, not to shrink ourselves ever again.
Our body is more than just a graveyard for those who could not love it.
And our heart is more than just a cemetery for those who disappeared.
That essence of matter in this world. We picked it up and lost it.
The moment we truly start to believe that we are deserving of happiness, love, or something bigger than what we have been settling for, our heart weeps a little…as if it is the first time in years it has been able to lay down its arms or years it has been able to rest.
There is still time for you, to us. We don’t care what you have been through. We don’t care about the wounds, pain, scars, or hurt.
None of that makes what we are a waste, none of that discounts the fact that we have a purpose, that we mean something.
Don’t ever forget that even when we ache all over, even when the world is not kind…you and I are still needed here.
Do not be ashamed of what our survival looks like. Do what we have to do.
We are clawing ourselves out of the ache, cutting the pain from the bone.
It is never going to be pretty, but it will always be you and us the one who survives in the battle of life.
If you care about someone, make them a priority. Make them a priority not just when it is easy, but when it is difficult as well.
If you care about someone, show up for them when you say you will. Show up for them when they least deserve it, because that is when they need it the most.
Just be there for them, not because you have to be, but because you want to be. See, the easy things in life hold no weight. It is easy to love someone when they are perfect, soft and light, and when they are filled with hope and happiness. —MxGchef (Ghi )
You are the only person who gets to decide if you are happy or not—do not put your happiness into the hands of other people.
Do not make it contingent on their acceptance of you or their feelings for you. At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter if someone dislikes you or doesn’t want to be with you.
All that matters is that you are happy with the person you are becoming—that you like yourself and you are proud of what you are putting out into the world. You are in charge of your joy, of your worth. You get to be your validation.
Life taught us to become: Stronger, More resilience, Be brave enough
It's a matter of being enough for ourselves. A matter of taking resilience in our battle.
And a matter of being brave enough to be our shield and sword on our battlefield.

This app is LOADED with RELEVANT, HELPFUL, AND EDUCATIONAL material. It is creatively intellectual, yet minimal enough to not overstimulate and create a learning block. I am exceptionally impressed with this app!

Brilliant. It feels fresh and encouraging. So many interesting pieces of information that are just enough to absorb and apply. So happy I found this.
Great for quick bits of information and interesting ideas around whatever topics you are interested in. Visually, it looks great as well.

I have only been using it for a few days now, but I have found answers to questions I had never consciously formulated, or to problems I face everyday at work or at home. I wish I had found this earlier, highly recommended!
