For example, a customer service specialist might reframe their work from "answering calls and fielding complaints" to a more holistic, outwardly focused "serving others and advancing the business by streamlining the customer experience." 
If you can't readily identify the end user of your project-or if there really isn't a point-leverage your relationships with your coworkers.
