Speed Reading

Speed Reading

The barriers to increasing reading speed

  • Regression: Going to the previous word to read it again. To stop it use a visual pacer. Underline the words that you read with your finger (in pc use your cursor.)
  • Subvocalization: The voice in your mind that speaks with you while you read. To stop this just count (1,2,3,4,5...) loudly while you read.
  • Word by Word Reading: Try to see a chunk of words at once and understand its means by a picture in your mind.

Just practice more to increase your reading speed.

This app is LOADED with RELEVANT, HELPFUL, AND EDUCATIONAL material. It is creatively intellectual, yet minimal enough to not overstimulate and create a learning block. I am exceptionally impressed with this app!
