There is a stigma that correcting or providing feedback to a leader can deteriorate our relationship with them. It is otherwise. As leaders we should encourage our colleagues to share their feedback to your work because you might have blindspots that we don't see. In this way, we can improve our work and lift the group up. Remember that you don't need to be the best, to be a leader.
