How to really mess up your problem: with real life methods:

How to really mess up your problem: with real life methods:

There are majorly two ways to really really mess up your problem. Any one of these is enough to make your life miserable.

  1. Denial of your problem:
  • The first step to actually start entangling your problem, is to deny that you have one. This thing, you can do when you just realise that you have a problem.

2. The victim mentality:

  • The second step, after you get into one problem, is blaming the outside circumstances for it. Remember, no outsider can be responsible for your inside chaos.

Emotions are sometimes overrated!

Emotions are sometimes overrated!

Emotions, are simple. Their complexity is often overrated. Broadly, you can divide your emotions into two parts:

  1. Positive ones: One which makes you feel better.
  2. Negative ones: One which makes you feel sad, or sometimes, even desperate.

Even their meanings are not much complex. to really make your life simple, you can:

  • Take the negative emotions as a call to action. If you can, then do something about it.
  • Take the positive ones as a reward for those call to actions. It's something to cherish upon!

This app is LOADED with RELEVANT, HELPFUL, AND EDUCATIONAL material. It is creatively intellectual, yet minimal enough to not overstimulate and create a learning block. I am exceptionally impressed with this app!

Jamyson Haug

Great for quick bits of information and interesting ideas around whatever topics you are interested in. Visually, it looks great as well.

I have only been using it for a few days now, but I have found answers to questions I had never consciously formulated, or to problems I face everyday at work or at home. I wish I had found this earlier, highly recommended!
