However, many leaders lose sight of the fact that winning is accomplished on the backs of others. A company increases profits when employees are aligned and accomplish successful work. These employees and team members are valuable human beings - not tools to create success. Because they are human beings, like you, they need to feel valued. The owner of the business treats its employees as if they are easily replaced. The doctor asks the manager what the “new girl’s” name is for the tenth time. The office manager is struggling but the owner doesn’t have a clue. Business owners are under a lot of pressure. Unfortunately, many leaders believe that they are so important that they can ignore those serving them. I see this happen in restaurants all the time. The next time you are dining out, watch how others treat their servers: no eye contact, no appreciation shown, and a SMALL tip. Great leaders are better than that. They take time to&nbsp;<a href="https://gc266.infusionsoft.com/app/email/broadcast/~Link-4905~" rel="nofollow noopener" dir="ltr">recognize</a>&nbsp;the value of others.
