100% commitment is easier than 98% commitment. Period.
Cuz once you take a decision, you avoid decision fatigue. For ex- When you decide that you will wake up at 5, you do not snooze. But becuase you have not truly decided the waking up at 5, you have the decision fatigue and you snooze. So, learn to commit fully. Decision fatigue is will power, when you commit 100%, you save your will power.
Will power often doesn't work.
Instead of thinking "What would happen if I go sugarfree for a day/week/month/year?", Ask yourself "What would hapen if I go sugarfree for the rest of my life?"
Instead of thinking "What would happen if i do not lay games for a day/week/month/year?" Think "What would happen if i do not play games for the rest of my life?"
Write the pros and cons of the acts and decide.
