Habits: Thinking in Reverse

Habits: Thinking in Reverse

I was reading Atomic Habits by James Clear and I was intrigued when I read "... work backwards from the results you want to the type of person who could get those results"

It's about asking yourself, "What kind of person can get this outcome". For instance, if you are learning to be a good software programmer and when faced with challenges. Ask this, "Who is the type of person who could get around this obstacle."

I just realized that I've used this whenever I was at my lowest and it really worked. You may give it a try.
