Texas is a big state and it some cities in this state can have experience a difference in the weather, for some cities such as Brownesville, Corpus Cristi, and Del Rio are warm but other cities can be covered in snow.

The weather in Georgia, specifically in Athens, is preferred by a lot of people according to a survey due to the fact that it's a little cooler during the warm seasons and a tad bit warmer during the cold season. Other places in this area gets a 50 degree weather but it's mostly 60 degrees Fahrenheit.

Florida is famous for their outstanding, world-renowned beach resorts and amusement parks. Its warm and sunny climate makes it a great destination that attracts tens of millions of visitors annually.

Key West, however, is their most favorable city because of its dry and sunny climate that comes with 39 inches of rain and almost always sunny days.

In North Carolina, it's sunny more than half of the time and the weather is pretty tolerable in the area. Its city, Kill Devil Hills, is a gem that they take pride in for its cool breezes and clear skies.

South Carolina in some respects have been tropical and the possibility of having a hurricane is always in question. However, in Charleston, it doesn't get any colder than 56 degrees Fahrenheit in January and during the hottest is 89 degrees Fahrenheit.

The climate in this are tends to get a little bit colder than the rest of the states going to 40 degrees Fahrenheit during the winter, but in the summer it's usually around 80 degrees. 

Louisiana goes on top of the list for the state with the best weather all year round! In more than most places, the temperature is around 60 degrees Fahrenheit during the winter while during the summer it gets around the 90s. 

This state, especially Lake Charles, gets a great amount of sun per year at a whopping 72%.
