1. Mission common solid

1. Mission common solid

In Sparta everything revolved around the militia. The goal was simple and clear: to win all wars. In the Agoge (war academy for young men) obedience, sacrifice, discipline, bravery, self-control and the best tactics to become a warrior were taught.

2. Strong investment in organizational culture

From the first training the Spartan warrior knew that no soldier was worth more than the other and all fought as one body, always in column and perfect order. Having this level of requirements generated (and in any team it should happen) the training of the highest level of talent.

3. Teamwork is based on trust

3. Teamwork is based on trust

They were not troops, they were family. The Spartans' tests of trust were about walking blindly through fire with the voice of a comrade as a guide or going into an unknown mountain with the directions of a subordinate.

These days it is about trusting in one's own ability and that of the other, that dependence is a positive dynamic of order and not control, in personal and organizational integrity, in the strength of the relationships that develop at the working level and that will be fruitful if they are given.

At this level is your confidence in your team members?

Is there an element that unites your team like that?

This app is LOADED with RELEVANT, HELPFUL, AND EDUCATIONAL material. It is creatively intellectual, yet minimal enough to not overstimulate and create a learning block. I am exceptionally impressed with this app!
