It doesn’t matter.
Develop a habit of being more active, and the benefits will be much greater than just toned muscles. The effect that physical health has on mental health is huge, and daily exercises are one of the best aids in the battle against anxiety and depression.
An early bird catches the worm.
If you wake up early and the first thing you do is make your bed, you’ve already done something a lot of people don’t do.
Making your bed in the morning gives you a sense of accomplishment and starting your day with a win, even if it’s a minor one is a hell of a powerful way of starting the day.
Start making decisions quickly and stick to them. That’s what successful people do.
Indecisiveness is often the stepping stone on the way of goal achieving, and if you suffer from it, leave it behind.
If you’ve really had problems with it in the past you could say it in a more blasphemous way, but that’s totally up to you.
