It’s more than a year now and a lot has changed. Everything seems to turn normal. Our schools are reopened and I am glad to see my friends after such a long time. And of course, this covid period is going to be a lifetime memory.

Think of someone you can always rely on, be it your friend, partner, colleague, parent, sibling and say: “Right I need to deal with this, and I’m going to need you to help me.” 

They, in turn, will feel valued, loved and respected.
