12 Am Rn In India, Watched Football Match (liverpool V/S Chelsea), ate dominos pizza, played cricket.
Hate the fact that i am sleeping this late. But i want to yet up early today. The only habit that i want to focus on rn is getting up early.
Why ? Bcoz then i will have to sleep early. So i wont jerk. I wont stay out late. I wont spend unnecessary time on immaterial conversation or on youtube. Once i get up early, i can meditate, stretch, go for a run, read book, self talk, schedule my day & eat healthy.
So yeah getting up early will get me in line with my other good habits as well.
