My field is management but I have learned many things in the field of positive thinking and growth. There is a concept that says you are more better and conscious than before, and this is because of all the things you learned through the way of your life. If you have any bad memory from the past and you blame yourself for the mistakes you made, it's because of your growth. If you were in a similar situation with that thoughts and believes you would repeat those mistakes again, There is no chance to avoid mistakes, because you did the best thing that you knew.
