We are so caught up with past events and where we wanna be in the future, we really are absent in the present moment. We are missing out on memories we could have made that we'd cherish for a lifetime , more time spent with loved ones. Deep meaningful conversations.
And it'd not even our fault, because we are constantly bombarded all day long with unnecessary, mundane information about peoplee that we don't even really care about and we are all suffering from anxiety and depression cause we are comparing ourselves to these facades that people are showcasing as their real life on social media.
