  3. Create a process that is enjoyable to do the tasks regularly - making it a habit
  4. Have an accountability factor. A partner or somewhere to report or follow up on.
  5. Keep track of progress tangibly without fail. Seeing progress helps to see how far one has come and how close one is to the goal.
