Anyone can learn to work effectively, through practice.
1. We must begin by deciding where we want to go.What’s our destination ?
2. We must come up with a theory for getting there. What’s the path to the destination ?
3. We must test this theory in action, by trying to get to the destination.
4. Then we must receive feedback and revise their theory.
5. Repeat this cycle—theory, action, feedback—until we arrive at our destination.
