Preparation: Project Design

The first phase of preparation is to develop a deeper understanding of both the students and the mentor, including character strengths, interests, skills and passions.
The students are asked about their strengths, and what they love to do, or wish they knew how to do. They can pick an issue which they care for the most, any change they want to make in this world, and a brainstorming session is conducted, for a project they would want to do.
After discussing the viability of the project, a project plan is created.
It is crucial to get separated from one's comfort zone and venture out in the open for the project, like going on a camping trip or in a different city, away from familiarity.
