CHANGE FOR THE BETTER

  • Do not think that you will achieve something big sudden big step, which are always difficult to do. Believe it or not a small change can make your life better.
  • That improvement may be related with your sleep, play, personality, career, habit and in everything you are trying to improve in.
  • The hardest part of change is to make the start, start to a very small step that is always underestimated. What is the smallest step you could take toward improvement? Write this down to your notebook or phone. Give a minute to yourself regularly and ask, what is that small step? Within some days you will probably come up with that small step.
  • Again it comes to execution of the small step, for that try mind sculpture for 5 second whenever you feels like, and imagine that you are dealing with your small step.
  • In this way kaizen will be easy to start and you will never know that you are doing something extra, slowly your small step will start growing and with in some months you will be surprise by noticing that you have come up a long way without any effort.
  • Great things start with small and consistent habit, make your own and be the one.
  • NOTE-Kaizen is a process to improve business and its employees, I just thought to use it to a normal life for it’s betterment.

Meaningful Change

Humans tend to come back towards comfort and have a fixation with ‘big’, favouring big steps, big upgrades, big changes and producing humongous results.
