Getting back on track: Just after you hit a dip!

At some point in time, you must have gone through a situation in your life where some major disruption would have occured (like, death of a close one, or changing your home, getting to a new college), and this might have put a halt on your daily goals. Well, getting back on track seems hard in these times, but here's how to do it:

  1. Accept the disruptions as a part of life.
  2. Always remember what was your initial motivation.
  3. Find a partner, or a coach, or a class.
  4. Start small.
  5. If still stuck, take a break.
  6. Start the habit again.
