How to stay motivated every single day
  1. " Motivation is not a pre-requisite to success rather a result of success "
  2. Currently, we think that we need to get motivated from some external source to convert our thoughts to real work
  3. But this is not really the case we need self-discipline to convert thought into action 
  4. Once we stick to our routines and get daily goals done then we get these micro successes
  5. And the dopamine hit that these successes provide us are enough to motivate us for the next day and simultaneously make us feel happy

If we see someone who wakes up at 5 AM every day, eats an avocado-chia smoothie each meal, snorts brussel sprout flakes, and works out for three hours before even wiping their ass in the morning, we assume they’re achieving this through straight-up self-abuse—that there is some insatiable inner demon driving them like a slave to do everything right.

But this isn’t true. Because, if you actually know anybody like this, you’ll notice something really frightening about them: they actually enjoy it.
