“The secrets of the ages are locked up in books”

Reading, learning new things broadening our perspectives is definitely one of the best investments we could make, especially in a world that is changing at such a rapid pace, that those who don’t adapt quickly take a huge risk of becoming obsolete.

Create a Visual Picture and an Affirmation for Each Goal

We recommend that you find or create a picture of every aspect of your dream life.

Create a picture or a visual representation for every goal you have —

financial, career, recreation, new skills and abilities, things you want to purchase, and so on.

So how does this all come back to visualization?

It’s simple: you can start to change your limiting beliefs (such as doubt) by proving to your subconscious mind that your success is real.

When you play a movie of success over and over again to your subconscious mind, she begins to believe it. It’s similar to repeating daily mantras , repeating the feeling you get when you visualize will start to shift those pesky fears and doubts about “making it” and convince your subconscious mind that it really can be done.

We have 2 distinct parts of our brain that help in our problem-solving. One is the short-term minded limbic system, which makes our easy and automatic decisions.

The other is the pre-frontal cortex ,long-term minded. which solves more difficult problems .

The pre-frontal cortex, however, cannot multi-task. The problems it deals with are too complicated. So by focusing on one task at a time, we are making the part of the brain that exerts willpower stronger!

So resist the temptation to multi-task and remain focused. This will train your willpower and help you make tough decisions.
