Who here is an overthinker? Who here always has these thoughts in their mind that just won't go away? One of the key factors in overthinking is that we make assumptions about things or people. That just how we are built. But if we can learn to CONTROL these thoughts, then I guarantee you will be much more focused on your purpose.
