Most people are not aware of their thoughts, feelings that things that they are putting in their mind from time to time. By becoming aware your thoughts and feeling you're actually increasing the frequency of variation in your life you are attracting more happiness and less anxiety, stress in your life. You're no longer a passenger in a bus (You are now the driver of your life) The more and more you'll become aware your thoughts. The more you'll less and zero stress, you will not attract negative feeling in life.
