The power of being extremely-aware of what's happening around and with you.
different experiences change your brain by collecting up all the information going around you. it can be people, cars, buildings, songs running, conversations.. everything.
the problem is.. you will just get a headache. but if you're into fitness, it will be hard to control yourself from stuff people are eating, drugs, drinks.
everybody wants to be them, forever. however they are, what they are, how good they are, and how better to others, they will get lost if they get into what others are doing.
this is self-awareness.
Yesterday (October 10) was World Mental Health Day. October is also ADHD awareness month. This day is important because I struggle from a few mental health conditions and there are things I wish people would understand. Stigmatizing gets old fast. Try being kind to everyone and get to understand them. It may make a difference in their lives.
