I've always thought about how condescending a person looks when they talk trash about someone else's body. How do people get the courage to talk bad about someone's body when it's like the most basic thing that you have to live with till your last breath. This blog is not inspired by any reality situations, I just wanted to let the people know that I love you and we're all in this together <3 I will ALWAYS suggest that if you're going through something negative in your life, talk to someone. Anyone. I promise it does really help every single time.

Eat plenty of soluble fiber.
Avoid foods that contain trans fats.
Don't drink too much alcohol.
Eat a high protein diet.
Reduce your stress levels. .
Don't eat a lot of sugary foods.
Do aerobic exercise (cardio) .
Cut back on carbs — especially refined carbs.
