No matter what job or industry you pursue, you’ll need to learn how to be adaptable and navigate these experiences gracefully to grow in your career. Mindset, above all else, will have a major impact on whether you succeed.

Unfortunately, too many of us have the mindset that “change is temporary.” And when we see something as temporary, we tend to cope with it instead of accepting it — and if we don’t learn how to accept, embrace, and work through our discomfort in unfamiliar situations, we will inevitably find it difficult to progress in the rapidly evolving world of work.

Sooo frustrating, to bear the burden of failure to take care of themselves so as to give their own children half a chance of surviving in this superbly social world we live in. So many nocturnal words never said but the conversations are everywhere, eyes watching to see us fall. Yes.. we live in a sadistic and masochistic society and I'm a victim and a perpetrator, unable to be anything else. 😶

We all want to make good habits, whether it’s in business, in our hobbies, or in our personal lives. One popular method to build habits is called the 21/90 rule. The rule is simple enough.

Commit to a personal or professional goal for 21 straight days . After three weeks, the pursuit of that goal should have become a habit. Once you’ve established that habit, you continue to do it for another ninety days. If you can keep up something for three weeks and then ninety days, then it should become a permanent lifestyle change.
