Think about what you'd like to achieve today, however small and feel intentional about doing it by reading or seeing inspiration
M - Mindfulness/Meditation
Have a meeting with yourself (start with 5-10 mins a day, comfort will grow for much longer gradually)
E - Exercise
Always get some good quality physical movement during the day
