As I am in my learning phase , I can feel the power of "Discipline". It not only helps us in achieving our success but it expands it. And the fuel of Discipline is our character.
In the book atomic habits specifically in chapter 6 James Clear explains to us the importance of relating places or objects of our spaces at the time of making a habit, for example, use the bed only to sleep or a chair in your room to read, in this way we associate an action to a certain place.
