Maybe if we all practiced these ideas the world might become a better place. As with anything in life you have to maintain a certain balance so as not to be taken advantage of.
Yesterday (October 10) was World Mental Health Day. October is also ADHD awareness month. This day is important because I struggle from a few mental health conditions and there are things I wish people would understand. Stigmatizing gets old fast. Try being kind to everyone and get to understand them. It may make a difference in their lives.
