Life is short. You can, if you work hard and are lucky, get more of almost anything, but you can't get more time. Time only goes one way. The average American has a lifespan of less than 30,000 days. So how you choose to live matters. That's the topic of this book. I don't pretend to have all the answers. I'm still learning every day, and many of the good ideas here I've picked up from other people either directly or by reading. But this is what's worked for me. Like life, this book is short. Many books I read could communicate their ideas in fewer pages. So I've tried to be brief in line with the wise person who noted: "If I'd had more time I would have written a shorter letter". I don't think brevity implies lack of content. The concepts here have improved the quality of my life, and I hope they're useful to you as well. Using these concepts, I have created a life I love. My job doesn't feel like work. I love and respect the people with whom I spend time. And I'm also passionate about my life outside work. I've learned how to create a balance that makes me happy between work and other interests, including my family, friends and exercise. Sadly I think that's rare. And yet, while I know I'm lucky, most people can work towards those goals in their own lives. My interest in making the most of my life began when I was just starting college, but when I was in my mid-thirties a boss I admired died of cancer. He was young. He had a great wife; he had three young children; he had a fantastic career -- he had everything in life. He just didn't have enough time. So, while I'd often thought about how to get the most out of life, the death of someone so young and vital increased my sense of urgency to act on it. One of the things I've always wanted to do was to work for myself. As a result, I left an exciting job at Microsoft in 2001 amidst the Internet bust to found the investing firm I now run. It was hard to do, both financially and emotionally. When I left Microsoft, many people - friends, family, and even some of the press - thought I was deluding myself to start a fund focused on Internet-related companies during a market crash. A press quote from the time said: "Call him a little crazy. Call him a little nuts." I'd never seen that type of coverage before. And, in a sense, the press was right; the business wasn't easy to start. Fortunately, from a vantage point of ten years down the road, it's worked out quite well. Life Is Short And So Is This Book

Do boys wants to be loved? What normal people (Most of the people) answers is "Yes! Of course, they are living beings also. Even boys receive more love than Girls". But it is not that true all the times. You can easily observe people saying that boys are tough. They are bold. They do not want love. All they need is Bravery, Strength...all that. Ask yourself, is that true? It was true when a king wants his son to be next heir.  Not today.How will you define a BAD_BOY? A boy who is rude, insults other, don't respect girls...all that. But deep down this boys is BAD because he was not much loved.

What are love issues with boys?

In his childhood, boys don't care about anything. All he want is someone/something to play with. soon after, he can realize that his mother and father will love him and take care of him. But problem starts, when is starts to understand things. For example, if his father brought her daughter a new dress and don't asked for him, he will get upset and starts hating(more specific, dislike) both his father and sister. And it is obvious. It this happens to him for more time, he will think that he is bad or his father don't love him. From here real changes begins that lead him to choose wrong path.

Let's Start from Beginning

You can see some boys are cool and funny around. And some other boys are very rude and Stone-hearted. Why this? Because they are not that much loved. And thus, they accept the way that love has nothing to do. Then in order to fulfil their desire, they starts to involve in wrong doings. This is where a boy forces a girl to satisfy his desire. You know what I'm talking about. And I accept that this is not right. What I want to tell all boys is that they should not do this kind of shameful activity. This will leave a bad spot on manhood. Understand that in ancient times, men were Gentleman.

Why some boys are bad?

When a girl fell in love, she loves it to the core. Same is for boys. I accept that some boys are not open in expressing their love. Some boys are rude toward their girl. And some boys are Z+ bodyguard of their girls. Difference is common cause of nature. You can't avoid it. But what you can control is your love for them. A girl want love and affection from boy and vice-versa. Variation can be seen when a boy approaches a girl. Some are 'Once in a life', other are 'Do as more as you can'. Both have same background. Less loved more bad times. That's why, boy tries to approach by doing shits.

He will either try to become an alpha male or do some non-sense things to get the girl. But his intentions are not bad. He want love from that girl. If she rejects him, then he will start to bother her. Why he is doing this? Read the next idea.

After marriage(or before) some men tries to suppress their wives either mentally or physically. Why? Because the are not taught how to respect women. It is very Important for man to understand that HE SHOULD RESPECT WOMAN. And this is the responsibility of a father to teach his son. All that boys who suppress their girls are either overprotective or are not taught to respect girls.What to do? Ask their friends/parent/elders to teach them the same. Or do whatever it takes to make them understand that it is sinful activity to disrespect someone.

Why some man tries to Suppress her Wife.

A father is role model for a boy. Because his father has reputation in society and so his boy want. Some fathers are open and express their love, while some are not that open and their boy think that he do not love him. According to a Study, Girls receive more love from father than boy. And this lead to change in behavior of a boy. This boy now feel separated from his father. He starts disrespect his father and ends up with fight. On the other hand,  a father is strict toward his boy because he want him to be in control.What you need to understand is that your boy also wants your attention.

Father - Son relationship.

In India, I live is a society where a boy don't exist if he is not employed. And in a middle class family, boy has much responsibilities to do. You can relate this if you're also a middle class boy. Your parents expects a lot from you. Also your parents are busy in earning a livelihood. Thus they can't spare enough time for you. And you think that you are not loved.What you have to understand that all you have to focus on your academics. Don't focus on any other thing. Your parents loves you more that you think. Make them feel proud to be your parent. Get a job, then see the changes.

A middle Class Boy.

A boy need to understand this world works in a balance. You respect girls, girls will respect you. You love your parent(no matter how hard they are on you), your parent will love you. Love and respect are meant to be earned not purchased. As a boy your responsibility is to be strong enough to gain some reputation in society. I will not write about responsibilities of a boy. You know that stuff. What I want to focus is that no matter how bad people treat you, you must be polite and soft towards other. That will make you GENTLEMEN.

1. You have to be a son, not a man in front of your parent.2. Your girl is your second half. Respect her, take care of her, don't bother her.3. Rejection is okay. Learn to bear it. Don't bother if she rejected you. Different person have different views for other. Accept it and move on.4. Achieve something in your life. Don't waste your life watching porn or other wrong things.5. Learn to hide you anger. This can save you from many bad situations.6. No matter how physical fir you are. If can't take care of your family, it is useless.7. Be a GENTLEMAN. This is upto you, how you achieve this.

Understand These Things.

In this stash I would like to talk about love issues faced by a boy in society. My intentions are not bad. I'm not comparing boys with girls. At some point you may feel like comparison but it is not. And I accept that for parent both boy and girl are equal. In this stash I am talking about why some boys are rude and are not that accepted. I beg your pardon if any of my view has hurted your feeling.

Love Issues with Boys!!

• About 99% of the time, the right time is right now. • No one is as impressed with your possessions as you are. • Dont ever work for someone you don't want to become. • Cultivate 12 people who love you, because they are worth more than 12 million people who like you. • Dont keep making the same mistakes; try to make new mistakes. • If you stop to listen to a musician or street performer for more than a minute, you owe them a dollar. • Anything you say before the word “but” does not count.

1 - 7 Bits

• When you forgive others, they may not notice, but you will heal. Forgiveness is not something we do for others; it is a gift to ourselves. • Courtesy costs nothing. Lower the toilet seat after use. Let the people in the elevator exit before you enter. Return shopping carts to their designated areas. When you borrow something, return it better shape (filled up, cleaned) than when you got it. • Whenever there is an argument between two sides, find the third side.

8 - 10 Bits

• Efficiency is highly overrated; Goofing off is highly underrated. Regularly scheduled sabbaths, sabbaticals, vacations, breaks, aimless walks and time off are essential for top performance of any kind. The best work ethic requires a good rest ethic. • When you lead, your real job is to create more leaders, not more followers. • Criticize in private, praise in public.

• Life lessons will be presented to you in the order they are needed. Everything you need to master the lesson is within you. Once you have truly learned a lesson, you will be presented with the next one. If you are alive, that means you still have lessons to learn. • It is the duty of a student to get everything out of a teacher, and the duty of a teacher to get everything out of a student. • If winning becomes too important in a game, change the rules to make it more fun. Changing rules can become the new game.

• The advantage of a ridiculously ambitious goal is that it sets the bar very high so even in failure it may be a success measured by the ordinary. • A great way to understand yourself is to seriously reflect on everything you find irritating in others. • Keep all your things visible in a hotel room, not in drawers, and all gathered into one spot. That way you’ll never leave anything behind. If you need to have something like a charger off to the side, place a couple of other large items next to it, because you are less likely to leave 3 items behind than just one.

38 - 40 Bits

• Denying or deflecting a compliment is rude. Accept it with thanks, even if you believe it is not deserved. • Always read the plaque next to the monument. • When you have some success, the feeling of being an imposter can be real. Who am I fooling? But when you create things that only you — with your unique talents and experience — can do, then you are absolutely not an imposter. You are the ordained. It is your duty to work on things that only you can do. • What you do on your bad days matters more than what you do on your good days.

41 - 44 Bits

• Make stuff that is good for people to have. • When you open paint, even a tiny bit, it will always find its way to your clothes no matter how careful you are. Dress accordingly. • To keep young kids behaving on a car road trip, have a bag of their favorite candy and throw a piece out the window each time they misbehave. • You cannot get smart people to work extremely hard just for money. • When you don’t know how much to pay someone for a particular task, ask them “what would be fair” and their answer usually is.

45 - 49 Bits

• 90% of everything is crap. If you think you don’t like opera, romance novels, TikTok, country music, vegan food, NFTs, keep trying to see if you can find the 10% that is not crap. • You will be judged on how well you treat those who can do nothing for you. • We tend to overestimate what we can do in a day, and underestimate what we can achieve in a decade. Miraculous things can be accomplished if you give it ten years. A long game will compound small gains to overcome even big mistakes. • Thank a teacher who changed your life.
