It will be likely that you will be hit with a huge wave of tiredness: avoid this by going to sleep early enough to get around 7 hours. All this entails is not watching that YouTube video and instead going to sleep.
Avoid friction with smoothies, planned clothes, open windows.
We will never be happy without being sad first. We will never taste the sweetness of victory without failing at our first attempt. There will be always problems. And it is up to us how we will treat them. Either a stepping stone to success or negative feedback
