Imagine the mistake that you made and see yourself in that situation.
Now,imagine that your future version of yourself which is current version of you,is there and you are talking with the old version. Explain your new knowledge to yoursel with positive attitudes.Tell to yourself:You consider this as a mistake,but this is just a mind picture and you can change this picture to another positive one.Repeat this if you need.
