Waking up early is very easy 😊. I ll give you some tips.
normally I wake up at 5 am and I get time where there is no distractions.
You don't need to wake up at 5 am.
Just wake up 5 minutes before you arise
Eg : if woke up at 10am, woke up at 9:55 and so come to the 5 am by 5 minutes 💡
