Avoid friction with smoothies, planned clothes, open windows.
Smiles are the closest thing human beings have to godlike super powers; it is the ability to make others happier at will.
When you walk down the street and smile at a stranger while saying a simple greeting. You will find something amazing happen. They will be extremely confused; they will probably think you’re talking to someone else, and then they will smile themselves.
Smiling makes your friends feel respected, your acquaintances feel friendship, your strangers feel noticed.
Try this: go to the mirror and smile at yourself for 30 seconds… you might find yourself smiling back.
