We are spending 16 hours a day for 7 days a week in "Distractions", and we still seeking for "Concentration".How it would be possible?No body ever taught us to Concentrate, yet everybody tells us to Concentrate. So as we also join them when it comes to our kids.&nbsp;We need to learn Concentrate first, for at least 30 minutes a day by doing just one job by giving 100%.

try to add and improve your life and work only by 1% a day. it may be 1 more page to read then usual, or may be 50 steps more then your usual walk, or may be just adding 1 push-up in your work out. believe it or not it's just a great thing to add only 1% effort then try much harder. eventually you will end up more efficient or much stronger then your previous day. i have learned rope jumping in last 15 days by just adding 1 jump per day. in the beginning of this july i don't even know how to handle rope. but thanks to this principle i learned a new thing much faster.
