Essentially, it’s two souls who once existed as one, that together shared the same energy consciousness.

They represent two parts of the same soul and chose to divide, to experience the nature of duality, gain knowledge and understanding, and ultimately reunite through love.

Mindfulness Meditation

It combines concentration with awareness.

  • Pay attention to your thoughts as they pass through your mind.
  • Don’t judge the thoughts or become involved with them.
  • Simply observe and take note of any patterns.
  • Focus on an object (or your breath) while you observe any sensations, thoughts, or feelings.

This type of meditation can be easily practiced alone.

The Love of Fear | The Safety Net

When we get scared, our bodies go into fight, flight, or freeze mode. So if we are in a setting where we get a “safe” fright (like watching a horror film), our brains will quickly evaluate the situation and tell us that we’re free from risk.

Many of us are actually seeking "controlled" fear and suspense, because we know we are safe.

Building Self Awareness | Check-In

Make a habit of checking in.

Simply ask yourself: How do I feel right now?

Note your response. Tune into the signs your body is telling you. Pay attention to the little signals or feelings you get.

How Aromatherapy Works

Essential oils are absorbed by smell receptors (connected to the limbic system) which controls heart rate, blood pressure, breathing, and stress.

They carry the “essence” of the plant.

Each plant’s essence has a different chemical composition that affects its smell, absorption, and effect.
