Tricky Decisions

You don't need to make the perfect decision all the time, and if you want to preserve your decision-making energy for the things that actually matter, then try to make decisions that are not critical (e. g. deciding what toilet paper to buy or which Airbnb to rent)

To make good decisions, we generally need to do the following:

• Identify the decision: recognizing the need to make a decision, and identifying what that decision involves.
• Set our goals: establishing what we want to achieve with the decision...

• Make your decisions in the morning;
• Eat first: Keep your physical desires taken care of before big decisions.
• Cut down your choices, right down to a tiny shortlist and you’ll have an easier time.
• Open the windows: Keeping the CO2 levels low...
