Maybe, of these three, this is the most "obvious" one, everyone knows that he/she should have to keep a physical or digital list to keep their tasks and avoid forgetting one. The best way to do this though, is to make it as simple as possible, keeping yourself away from losing the emotion of doing something at least slightly new.
