1) Mental Creation

2) Physical Creation

Mental creation always preceds physical creation.

To build a house, Engineers first design the house in their mind, then make blueprints & starts the construction work (physical Creation).

If the mental creation is not done appropriately, then it will cost double the amount to alter even any minor changes in physical creation.
