When you unconsciously overthink about something, start spelling out any word that you see, remember or comes to your mind. Spell it loudly and then read it loudly (the way we used to learn spellings in childhood). You must listen, what you spell.
Example: Apple (spell it this way-A...P...P...L...E.. one after one loudly) next, pronounce it.)
