Idea of having a good efficient day is to break the monotony with to do list but when you create month plan, you automatically bring monotonous part back into our lives which you do not want and hence we are you always fall prey to procrastination
We all face procrastination and it is not about bad time management but lack of emotional understanding.
Whenever we decided to do work suddenly we face mood swings and surprisingly that mood swings have a reason to provoke.
Things that don't have immediate results, our brain speculates that is not important for survival. brain release pain Hormone for this brief suffering. To heal that pain our brain seeks immediate pleasure.
To deal with this is quite simple, start doing it! Take a step, the pain will turn into glory. Sense of victory is more powerful than short term pleasures.
