About Yujiro Hanma

If you have seend the anime show Baki hanma you must know about his father yujiro hanma. One particular fight of him against the Chinese man who is like 120 years old was interesting. In that he copies his style and mocks him, and in the end he just shows off his pure raw strength and says that these techniques are for the weak and strongest creature shouldn't use them.

What I learnt from here is that yes know the techniques for self helping yourself, but some might be sabatoging yourself when you know you could do better if you hadn't applied the technique. Pomodoro, Kaizen are some examples.
