What Investors Want to See
Here's what investors really want to see, from my experience:
- Does the business model make sense?
- Can this business really make money by selling its products and services?
- Can the business be financed?
- Is the team adequate to do this job?
- Is the size of the target market worth doing this job?
In fact, they don't expect you to fall in love with your work. They don't care about your passions either. As far as I have observed, their focus is on the potential of the business and they expect you to prove it mathematically. That's all.
