It could be for two reasons

They either think its just cool and brush it off
Someone actually looked and said ok he/she put this certain person...would then ask themselves a question.

Which question then?

Well...would you put somebody you hate on your profile picture...no right?

What does that say?

You didn't look at the sub concious signs...if you think on this level...people know how much power your mind has?
